Do you guys remember this? David performed Touch My Hand on Idol exactly 3 years ago! Which means I’ve been a fan for 3 years now! I didn’t know David then and when I fell in love with A Little Too Not Over You on the radio, I watched his video on youtube (which btw is still not available in the US…please tell @VEVO to fix that) and while reading all the lovely comments on that video, someone commented to watch David on Idol “tonight!” and so i’m like… hmm…. interesting i think i will!!!!! And so I did and I was amazed!! ♥ So thank you to that fan who commented that! She totally changed my life! Let’s relive this moment! This video always brings back happy memories. I hope it does for you guys too!

Memories, I also remember David saying he was sorry to his fans because he was disappointed with his performance. I remember being so excited about him being in the show, but also nervous. Now I see David differently. If he sang that today with a highten confidience he has now, wow, that would be awesome.

What I loved most about that night was even though this was arguably David’s worst public appearance ever, within 20 minutes he was backstage uploading a video for Invisible Children. I remember doing a post for Snarkies that evening and was just in awe of how he was able to do that.

I don’t care even that was his worst performance I still love him no matter what. We know that he had too many awesome performances especially when he sang the National Anthem or other Patriotic songs. Can’t wait to see him again in two years. OMG why two years seems soooooooooooo loooooooooong.
