I’m so pleased that “The Other Side Of Down” is released as a single in Malaysia. The radio stations in Asia are awesome to play David’s songs regularly like they do. His Asian fans rock as well!! It’s a shame David isn’t as popular in the U.S. It looks like Sony Music has been taking good care of David!!

Funny, isn’t it, how a singer’s popularity goes up when his songs are played on the radio?! Being free of Jive and also being a bit older should help David out in that regard as he releases singles in the U.S. in the future. Sony Asia has indeed been good to David, but Sony U.S., Sony Europe, etc. has let him down big time.

You and I both know about all the fantastic reviews David has received for his latest album. To give David barely any airplay in the U.S. is just horrible. He’s written and recorded such wonderful songs, that have actual depth to them, and David’s got a one in a million voice!! I hope TOSOD becomes a huge hit in Asia. It’s without a doubt, one of the best recordings on the album! I’m actually glad that this song is being released in Asia, where it STANDS A CHANCE, unlike it would in the U.S. It would have been another heartbreak for me.
It still boggles my mind that “Falling Stars” got no where on Adult Contemporary Radio. The song is just incredible, and showcases how David is truly a force in the music industry, with those vocals that cannot be matched!!
