Three years ago on American Idol the 2 remaining contestants were once again asked to sing 3 songs. David’s first song “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” was a song selected by music guru Clive Davis. The second song “In This Moment” was David’s pick from several songs submitted for the songwriting contest. And the third song “Imagine” was David’s contestant’s choice.
