Today marks the one-year anniversary of the earthquake that devastated the island nation of Haiti. Here are a few videos to commemorate that fateful day. They demonstrate David Archuleta’s charitable spirit in its wake:

  1. What a tribute to that country. I hope and pray that they will get on their feet. Yes so many artists doing so very much is heartfelt. Needless to say David is one of them! Thank you David.

  2. His philanthropy and generosity toward people is what keeps me coming back to him and makes me appreciate him more as an artist. He knows what being a celebrity and role model is about. He makes the Hispanic community proud. :)

On another note, I really don’t like how all the efforts put together by David and other artists and organizations has not shown in the reconstruction of the country, after a year. They put so much work into raising money, and the way the construction is being led, it looks like nobody ever gave a thing, which doesn’t make me too happy.
