Goldstar, I’m with you. Interviewers should let David express himself. This rarely happens, but when it does it’s someone that really understands David, is a huge fan or is from his hometown. These are the people that show David respect and it’s where he feels comfortable. When he feels comfortable or at home he is a complete chatter box – WHICH WE LOVE!! The more he talks the more we enjoy it!!

I loved the Q & A with his hometown fans. When he is left to express himself, he has a wisdom about him that is so beyond his years. I love to hear his take on things and have often learned things just by listening to him. He’s such a sweetheart!

So grateful we had the opportunity to “see” David. To hear from his own mouth some of the things that we read in COS is a blessing! To witness his fun sense of humor! To get a sense of his musical mind and his great heart. Don’t know how many times we will have the chance to see inside David like that. I must have watched the interview videos a zillion times last night with a big smile on his face. So happy he is still “just David”!
