TMAs Red Carpet Video: Raulito, Destiny & David!

More videos are coming and here is one of them! It features a red carpet interview with David Archuleta, the American Idol star, who performed a beautiful tribute to Selena, whose songs he said were among the first he learned to sing.

The video starts with Raulito Navaira and I ask him if his brother, Emilio, will appear with him on stage, not knowing that Emilio’s appearance will be the biggest surprise of the night! But Raulito is quick to change the subject! We then talk to his daughter, Destiny, who is college bound and has singing aspirations, too. You can hear her voice on the duet with her father, “Mi Vida,” on his first solo CD, “Por Mientras,” (and also playing in the background of this video.)

During Destiny’s interview, her father points out that David Archuleta is being interviewed right next to us. See Destiny and David meet on camera. She is so excited and it’s a great moment.
