Congrats Todd….but I can’t find any of the pictures in COS with your name by them? Am I missing something?? Many of the ones that are most likely from you say, “by author”. I’m confused.

All the pictures I submitted were credited “Courtesy of the Author.”
When I sent the photos to Penguin I told them Lupe had sent them to me over the years – I didn’t take them myself – and I was more than happy to give them back to David for his memoir. I imagine that’s why I wasn’t credited in the book.
