Awwww, that’s the Oakland temple. I think of it as “my” temple since it is the one I went to growing up. It’s really cool seeing a picture of David in front of something I am so familiar with. It’s so awesome that he is doing these things with his family, it will undoubtedly help him keep things in perspective.

What wonderful, sweet pictures. They all look so happy and lovely. No wonder David is so amazing, look at that family. I love seeing the pics in front of the Oakland Temple. I have been there so many times for weddings. Seems like most of my roommates from college got married there. These pictures make me want to go back, it is so beautiful there! I remember driving by the Oakland temple when very young. But it seems more beautiful in that recent picture. The temple grounds are more beautiful than I remember.

And yes, Vanessa, I say start planning the Christmas family reunion. I have started locating a cabin in Aspen area outside of Provo for our family get together for Christmas. We love Utah and the snow and all my family either lives in Utah or Idaho.
And I just got back from a family reunion of sorts. My parents 50th. And we get together every Christmas. Best of memories.
