Finally tonight David got a chance to sing in Spanish and he did it beautifully. I kept hoping for a Latin week on Season 7 and it never came…but this was worth the wait. How proud his family must be tonight.

It is so true that whether he is in a small or large crowd, singing in English, Spanish or whatever language David chooses to express his love of music, we are moved by that beautiful voice. I didn’t watch the ALMA Award show, but I have watched all youtube videos now (I’m sooooo greatful for youtube)and I’m ready to start all over again. Even though I didn’t understand many words from the song – I did understand David’strong but tender voice – it was absolutely breathtaking and I could feel it in my heart – wow!!

WOW WOW WOW! I did not understand a word DAVID ARCHULETA sang but all I know is his vocal perfection, had me mesmorized and left breathless. HE WAS JUST AMAZING! Needless to say, he looked fabulous! Congratulations David on your first Alma Award. By the way, this is not David’s first award, he won a few already on the Teen Choice Awards for best song (CRUSH), and newest artist and we all know, he won for best dressed Idol.
