Children’s Cancer Foundation : Singapore

As part of our efforts to help the Children’s Cancer Foundation : Singapore, David Archuleta Singapore (DASG) has decided to raise money in an innovative and fun way and donate the money in David’s name. Basically, the organization support families financially for daily and medical needs related to their children suffering from cancer.

We are selling David Archuleta EZ-Link stickers (Bus-pass stickers) These stickers wil be priced at $2 and all proceeds will go to the Children’s Cancer Foundation. We know that David has always encouraged charity and we thought we would take this up when the news about Adam Cook came about.

If all goes well, Joy, the DASG fan who came up with this idea, will be receiving a Thank You letter from Children’s Cancer Foundation addressed to DASG for making a donation to the charity in David’s name. Joy will also be flying to the Philippines to attend David’s concert in Manila and she hopes to be able to pass the letter to David, along with a set of the stickers. However, just to make our point clear, the whole point of LTAC is really to allow us Archies to come together to do something for charity, and not to impress David or anything like that.

This is part of LTAC – Let’s Talk About Charity, which is a project that DASG will be undertaking this year. We will be involved in various charity drives and such.
