3. David was beyond amazing!!! A M A Z I N G!!!! WOW!!!! I had tears in my eyes. I wasn’t born in this county and every time I hear David sing the US National Anthem, I cry! I am so proud of David!!! I am so proud to be his fan!!! I LOVE YOU DAVID!!!!

5. Aloha! David sang beautifully, as always! I’m soooo happy I was able to give him those leis at Ohana Day (pictured above)… I just wish he could have stopped to sign my CD poster & take a picture with me before he walked off the field… oh well, maybe I’ll meet him someday!

8. OMG…OMG….OMG…I was holding my breath as I stood watching him perform this amazing song. Every time he added his golden touch – whether it was a glorious run or hitting a sweet high note, letting it soar into the blue skies, all I could whisper was WOW! I didn’t scream because I would have missed a piece of this masterpiece! Of course I’ve been screaming since this evening, shouts of joy for our wonderful David! I’m sure people will be talking about this one for years to come as one of the most beautiful and moving performances of The National Anthem ever! David, you make everyone proud to be called an American and your fan!! Love you!

ALOHA again I tried to meet David twice this weekend at Aloha Stadium… first on Saturday at Ohana Day, where I was able to hand over 5 leis to David’s assistant/agent (of which he wore the orange lei during his ALTNOY performance and then put the rest on afterwards) but then didn’t get the opportunity to say hi, get an autograph, or take a picture with him… and then I went to see David at Pro Bowl on Sunday and looked for him by the main entrance where he had met some fans the day before, only to learn he left the game early and I missed him by 20 minutes! I’m out 2 for 2 and he only has one more day left in Hawaii before he leaves on Tuesday! I really wish I could meet him! If only I could find out what he will be doing on his last full day in Hawaii…?

Yesterday I was so lucky to find out that Danish television showed the Pro Bowl from Hawaii – because that meant that I could watch David perform the National Anthem live on a big screen in stead of YouTube. Wow – to me it was an absolutely stunning, personal and hold your breath performance – he was so so awesome!!! And he thinks that Jennifer Hudson got pipes after she sang the National Anthem last week – well I don’t know what comes after pipes – but what ever that is – he got that!!! My deepest respect and admiration!!!
