This post opens the voting for Mormon of the Year. Votes will be taken until midnight Eastern Time on Monday, January 5th, at which time the voting will close.
The results of the vote will be considered by the bloggers and editors at Times & Seasons (and as part of the process of choosing a Mormon of the Year.) Non-Mormons are allowed to cast their vote.

David Archuleta — The American Idol finalist brought a lot of attention to Mormons during the show’s recent run.
David is on 2nd place now but way behind the first place.
